Explanation: Permitting the inspection fees to be deducted from either cash or surety bond held by the Township in order for Township to recover costs associated with inspection work

Ordinance amending and supplementing the Codified Ordinances of the Township of Barnegat by Creating New Chapter 49 Entitled “Placement and Use of Charitable Clothing Bins”
Explanation: Consistent with State law, an Ordinance which establishes regulations regarding placement and use of Charitable Clothing bins along with establishing an annual fee for organizations that do not have Not-for-Profit status

Ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 55 “Land Use” in order to modify and amend Section 55-30 entitled “Wireless Telecommunications Towers and Antennas”
Explanation: Amendments made to existing cell tower ordinance needed to establish specific standards for the siting of wireless communication towers, antennae and supporting structures.
